What does pricing actually cost?
Starter is $25/month flat. Growth is $75/month. No per-booking fees, no hidden charges, no setup cost. You pay monthly and can cancel anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — book a demo and we'll get you live with zero upfront commitment. Most clubs recover the subscription cost in their first week.
Do players pay to use Pivot?
Never. Players download the app and book courts for free. Your venue pays one flat monthly fee.
What about transaction fees on payments?
A 4% fee applies to every booking, session and membership transaction processed through Pivot — this is our standard rate and covers payment processing (Stripe) plus platform costs. No hidden markups.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's the influencer commission program?
If you're a coach, content creator or community builder who refers a club, venue or set of courts to Pivot, we pay you a commission on their subscription for as long as they stay with us. It's our way of rewarding the people who actually move the sport forward — get in touch and we'll set you up.
